Hello, and welcome to MotOPPO GP, the definitive blog-based Grand Prix motorcycle racing game. Or, as those riders say, the biggest failure in Oppo history.

Last week...

I’m just beyond sad and disappointed, because almost nobody played. The halls are empty, cold, silent, and flies are everywhere. Unpopular is not enough to describe how big a failure the last round is.

This week...

I don’t know, really. I’m just dejected at this point. The only hope I have is if this gets shared and I ask Marc Marquez to indulge me and play & promote this game. And that’s impossible.

I cannot play because two wheels are half of the number wheels I’m familiar with.

But related, I do have dreams of winning the lottery, buying Austin-Healey, and producing affordable Miata/Fiat 124 roadster size cars with V8s in them.

I would like to see Rossi on the podium, but I think the Yamaha bike may struggle for grip at the end of the race. They seem to be having problems with the new Medium tire, and with the soft on long runs. I hope that Rossi and Lorenzo prove me wrong and my picks are incorrect. Someone needs to stop the Marquez run soon or he is going to run away with it this year.

I also think there is a more than reasonable expectation that Iannone could crash into Marquez early in the race and take them both out. Sadly, I am not brave enough to actually pick this scenario for the MotOPPO GP game.
